Looking for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity where precision and attention to detail matter? Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Switch & Sensor Assembler to join a growing production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed, hands-on work and takes pride in producing quality products.
Switch & Sensor Assembler Responsibilities
- Assemble switches, sensors, and related components according to work orders, written instructions, and shop aids
- Accurately verify parts, materials, and kit quantities before beginning assembly
- Perform detailed quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet company standards
- Use hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively
- Follow established manufacturing procedures and instructions to maintain consistent product quality
- Monitor equipment during production and promptly report any issues to the appropriate supervisor or specialist
- Perform basic approved preventative maintenance as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Meet established production schedules and quality expectations
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet department goals
- Assist with training team members on departmental processes as experience and proficiency develop
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
- Perform additional production duties as needed to support the team
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and the ability to work accurately in a hands-on production environment. Candidates should be comfortable reading and following detailed written instructions and communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.
