Job Full Description
Express Employment is seeking a sales service and broker support specialist for a health insurance provider. Job duties include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for prospective members and broker partners in a fast-paced call center environment
- Educating consumers about Medicare and individual health insurance products, answering benefit and enrollment questions, and referring qualified prospects to licensed brokers when appropriate
- Providing operational and service support to broker partners, serving as a knowledgeable, professional, and responsive resource
Ideal Candidate:
- Must have active Idaho Resident Health Insurance License
- 2+ years of experience in health insurance, Medicare sales support, broker support, customer service, call center operations, or a related field.
- Experience working with Medicare and/or individual health insurance products
- Experience supporting customers, members, brokers, agents, or sales teams preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume phone queue while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining regulatory compliance
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced call center environment

- Onsite position in Meridian, ID
- Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Pay rate is $27-32/hr.
- Position is expected to end on 3/13/2027 but may have the opportunity to extend and/or be considered for permanent opportunities based on company's hiring needs
