Remodeling Laborer | Construction & Property Maintenance
Pay: $18.00–$24.00/hour DOE
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Schedule Perk: 10-hour shifts with a 3-day weekend every week!

Are you interested in getting into construction but do not have years of experience yet? This could be a great opportunity to learn hands-on from experienced professionals while gaining exposure to a wide variety of construction and property maintenance projects.
Our client is a small, established company that works on everything from kitchen and bathroom remodels to property maintenance, repairs, cleanouts, and improvements. Every day can look a little different, and you will have the opportunity to develop skills across multiple trades.
Construction experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, willing to learn, and takes pride in doing quality work.
What You’ll Do
You will work alongside an experienced team and assist with a variety of projects, including:
- Assist with kitchen and bathroom remodels
- Support drywall installation, finishing, and texturing
- Assist with basic plumbing and electrical preparation
- Perform basic carpentry, painting, and flooring work
- Install and work with LVP, laminate, and tile flooring
- Assist with demolition and property preparation
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Perform yard work and general property maintenance
- Assist with property cleanouts and "de-trashing"
- Use hand and power tools safely and appropriately
- Travel between local job sites as assigned
- Use mobile apps to track time, tasks, and job assignments
- Participate in a light rotating after-hours emergency on-call schedule
The work can range from high-end residential and commercial remodels to hands-on cleanup and property preparation. We are looking for someone who is comfortable jumping in wherever needed and treating every project with the same level of professionalism.

The ideal candidate:
- Wants to build a career in construction or skilled trades
- Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
- Is willing to learn new skills and work across multiple trades
- Can take direction and work effectively as part of a small team
- Is comfortable with both remodeling and physically demanding cleanup work
- Can safely use basic hand and power tools, or is willing to learn
- Can lift up to 50 lbs and remain active on their feet throughout the workday
- Has a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
