Job Full Description
Express Employment is seeking a project coordinator for a safety equipment supplier. Job duties include:
- Will be based in Boise but will be assisting the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager with all aspects of coordinating installation projects in California
- Coordinating and tracking activities for new job setup and job completion
- Communicating pertinent information to Operations team members other departments
- Acting as point of contact in the office for project coordination activities and communicate with internal and external customers to ensure that all project coordination activities are completed on time and meet expectations
- Completing and submitting prequals
- Tracking changes on all projects, assisting with Change Orders, and notifying internal and external customers
- Assisting with labor coordination and related paperwork for Ops and HR/Payroll
- Creating and submitting training plans for training
- Providing administrative support to the Operations department, including running reports and scheduling meetings
Skills:
- Must have California construction experience
- 2+ years of project coordination experience in the construction industry
- Experience working for a subcontractor is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction industry software
- Ability to communicate professionally
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to plan and schedule project activities with great attention to detail and within timelines
- Ability to multitask
Other Details:
- Position is temporary for approximately 3 months
- Role will start full-time for approximately two weeks and then will transition to part-time (4 hours per day, 20 hours per week)
- Pay is $25.50-31/hr.
