Human Resource Specialist – Urgent!
Position Overview:
The Human Resource Specialist supports the organization by performing a variety of HR-related duties with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. This role works closely with the HR Manager and department leaders to ensure smooth HR operations and promote a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and reference checks.
- Prepare and deliver new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both physical and digital formats.
- Provide guidance to employees and supervisors regarding policies, procedures, and general HR questions.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and coordinate open enrollment.
- Track training completion and help schedule ongoing employee development.
- Support compliance with labor laws and company policies, including maintaining confidential documentation and assisting with audits.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
- Help plan and coordinate employee recognition and engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
