Well-established, locally owned company proudly serving north Idaho is looking for a DEPENDABLE and experienced Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher.
This is a Full-Time, 30 – 40 hours depending on performance
Schedule: Monday – Friday, $22 - $24/hr
What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing top-tier service and coordinating field technician schedules. Your critical thinking, clear communication, and common sense are key to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls quickly and courteously
- Actively listen to understand customer needs and concerns
- Schedule and route service calls for our technicians
- Dispatch updates to field technicians in real time
- Coordinate scheduling changes with customers and staff
- Provide product/service information and support to customers
- Use software tools to document and manage daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
We're looking for a problem-solver with common sense, someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and a great communicator—with solid critical thinking skills and a strong work ethic. Hiring with intent of finding a candidate with longevity to eventually promote.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, dispatching, or a similar administrative role
- Excellent phone etiquette and written communication
- Strong grammar, typing, and data entry skills
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
- Ability to think critically and resolve issues independently
- Dependable, organized, and calm under pressure
- Experience in plumbing, HVAC, restoration, or construction is a plus
- QuickBooks and Salesforce knowledge is a plus
- Must pass a background check & drug test

Compensation:
Salary: $47,000 – 50,000 annually
