Programs Specialist
Location: Coeur d’Alene, Idaho
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
About the Role
We’re seeking a Programs Specialist to help keep our sponsorship programs organized, accurate, and running smoothly. In this role, you’ll support sponsored players by managing accounts, processing orders, and maintaining precise data records.
You’ll join a collaborative, high-performing team that takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences for our players and partners. This position is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoys ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes. Training will be provided for all digital tools.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records for 500+ sponsored players using internal databases and tools.

Process player kit orders and respond to inquiries via email and support systems.

Update player accounts, track renewals, and manage sponsorship documentation.

Review and organize reimbursement requests for accuracy and timely processing.

Collaborate with the Programs Manager and cross-functional teams to keep sponsorship programs on schedule.

Utilize tools like Airtable, spreadsheets, and online forms to manage data and improve workflows.
Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable learning and using digital tools such as spreadsheets, Airtable, Zapier, and online form builders (e.g., Jotform).

Experience with or interest in automated workflows (training provided).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Problem-solving mindset with an eagerness to enhance processes.

Reliable, adaptable, and capable of working independently.

Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM and confidence working with data.

Experience with contracts or a willingness to learn.
Wages: $21-$23 p/hr DOE
