Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
Ontario, OR | ?? Full-Time | $90,000–$115,000/year

We're on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead our electrical and controls team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee the electrical, instrumentation, and computer systems that power our operations—ensuring safety, efficiency, and innovation at every turn.
This is a hands-on, high-impact position perfect for a licensed Journeyman Electrician (Oregon or reciprocal state) with strong leadership skills, a passion for technology, and a drive to lead a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead & Develop: Supervise and mentor the electrical and process control staff using a participative management style that promotes growth, accountability, and collaboration.
• Optimize Operations: Ensure plant electrical, instrumentation, and control systems (including PLC/HMI and SCADA) operate at peak efficiency with minimal downtime.
• Maintain & Upgrade: Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of all electrical and computer systems, staying current with industry advancements.
• Collaborate: Work closely with maintenance, operations, and external vendors to meet production goals while upholding the highest safety standards.
• Plan: Identify capital projects, repair needs, and system improvements while maintaining adequate inventory for critical systems.
• Control Costs: Manage the electricity and controls portion of the maintenance budget effectively.

Requirements:
• A valid Journeyman License in Oregon (or eligible for reciprocity).
• 3+ years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, with leadership or supervisory background.
• Strong technical know-how in PLCs, HMIs, instrumentation (4-20 mA, 110V AC, 24V DC), and network communications.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and interpret technical drawings.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
