Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance operations and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in quality systems, FDA regulatory compliance, and project management, with a passion for maintaining excellence throughout the manufacturing process. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring our products consistently meet regulatory requirements and exceed customer expectations.

Monday-Saturday

7:00 am - 4:00 pm could vary depending on the workload

Pay: DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute regular quality audits to evaluate the effectiveness of quality systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage inspection protocols to ensure all products meet established specifications prior to release.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, R&D, and compliance teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Train and mentor team members on quality assurance practices, regulatory standards, and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Analyze inspection and audit data, preparing clear and actionable reports for senior leadership.
  • Investigate product non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory updates to adapt practices accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in a quality assurance leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of FDA regulations, CGMP, HACCP principles, ISO 22000, and quality management systems.
  • Proven experience conducting quality audits, inspections, and managing compliance documentation.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail in identifying quality issues and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interfacing with teams, management, and regulatory bodies.
  • Innovative problem-solver capable of driving improvements while maintaining regulatory compliance.
