Now Hiring: Load & Haul (Diesel) Mechanic
Schedule: 4-day workweek – 10-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM) + Overtime Opportunities
Pay: Starting at $28.50/hr. (DOE)

What You’ll Do:
As a Load & Haul Mechanic, you’ll be an essential part of our operations team, performing preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of heavy equipment used in mining and material transport. You’ll troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix issues that keep our fleet in peak condition — helping us meet production goals while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Your Responsibilities:
Perform inspections and maintenance on engines, fluid systems, brakes, drivetrains, and frames
Follow and support our safety-first culture on every task
Keep accurate records for scheduled services and repairs
Sample fluids and lubricate equipment as needed
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime
Order necessary parts and supplies to maintain equipment availability
Perform cutting and welding (gas/electric) as needed
Ensure compliance with all DOT, environmental, and company regulations
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED required; diesel mechanics training or certifications preferred
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance
Experience in mining or manufacturing environments is a plus
Knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures and mechanical systems
Ability to obtain a Class A CDL with doubles/tanker endorsement (preferred)
