Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Maintenance/Mechanic Technician.
$22–$30/hr. DOE + Bonus Opportunities!
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (Some Saturdays during busy seasons)
Pay: $22–$30/hr. (Based on experience) + Performance-Based Bonuses
Express Employment Professionals is actively seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance/Mechanic Technician to join a collaborative team supporting two dynamic local businesses. If you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoy working with heavy equipment, we want to meet you!
Position Highlights:
• Diagnose, service, and repair forklifts, semi-trucks, and other heavy equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized shop with well-kept tools and detailed maintenance records
• Work in a shared role across two businesses, offering variety and consistent challenges
• Collaborate closely with others – teamwork and flexibility are essential
• Expect a dynamic workday – you'll be solving problems on the fly and adapting to shifting priorities
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
• Has experience with mechanical repairs (especially forklifts and heavy equipment)
• Is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with a bit of chaos
• Can manage interruptions and pivot quickly when needed
• Works well with others and contributes to a positive team environment
• Brings a solid work ethic and professional attitude every day
