Location: Fruitland, ID
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Starting Pay: $17/hr.

Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a hands-on role with long-term potential? We’re seeking a Lubrication Technician to join a well-established maintenance team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with tools, and making sure equipment runs at peak performance.
What You’ll Do:
Perform daily preventative maintenance on machinery
Lubricate moving parts and conduct routine oil changes
Monitor and manage lubrication supply inventory
Troubleshoot and respond to equipment breakdowns
Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and other technicians
Repair and maintain hydraulics, belts, pneumatic systems, and more
Use a wide variety of tools and equipment safely
Maintain a clean, safe, and GMP-compliant work environment
What We’re Looking For:
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
Comfortable working in varying indoor/outdoor conditions
Previous experience in a maintenance, mechanical, or technician role is a plus
Forklift and/or Welding certifications preferred, but not required
