Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical operations at a manufacturing facility.
Schedule: Monday–Friday , 40 hrs./week
Pay: $85,000–$110,000 DOE
What You’ll Do:
• Lead, train, and support a team of electricians
• Maintain and improve factory electrical systems and controls
• Oversee new equipment installation and commissioning
• Take a hands-on role in troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades
• Promote safety, efficiency, and cross-department teamwork
What We’re Looking For:
• Journeyman Electrical License
• 5+ years of factory operations and leadership experience
• Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on mindset
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environment
