Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily packaging operations for plastic sandal production, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality standards are met

Supervise, train, and support packaging team members; assign tasks and monitor productivity

Ensure products are correctly counted, labeled, boxed, and prepared for shipment according to company specifications
