Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Bagger Operator.
Location: Fruitland, ID
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The pay starts @ $16.50 an hour
Responsibilities

Operate bagging or filling equipment (baggers, sealers, weighers, conveyors)

Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot minor jams or issues
-
Ensure bags are filled, sealed, and labeled correctly

Maintain quality control: inspect bag weights, integrity, packaging appearance
-
Replace packaging materials (bags, seals, labels)
-
Clean and sanitize equipment and work area (especially in food handling)

Assist with packaging supplies inventory and restocking
-
Work with team to meet production quotas or throughput goals

Report defects, losses, or safety issues to supervisors
Requirements / Qualifications

Ability to operate and learn industrial packaging machinery
-
Basic mechanical aptitude
-
Ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weight (e.g., 25–50 lbs.)

Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
-
Ability to work in cold, humid, or variable conditions (onion warehouses may have cooler/damp areas)
