Description:
We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily shipping and support light accounts receivable tasks. You’ll handle order processing, coordinate shipments via FedEx, UPS, and DHL, track deliveries, and resolve shipping issues. Some basic AR duties like invoicing and payment posting are required in the mornings.

Requirements:

• Experience with FedEx, UPS, DHL shipping platforms

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Basic knowledge of invoicing and payment posting

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse/office setting
