Position Overview:
Operate and monitor injection molding press machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to quality, consistency, and the ability to handle physically demanding work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate injection molding press machines
- Monitor production and ensure quality standards are met
- Inspect finished products for defects
- Maintain production pace and efficiency
- Follow all safety and operational procedures
Pay Rate:
$18–$20/hr (based on experience)
Schedule:
3rd Shift: Monday – Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Requirements:
- Previous injection molding or press operator experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
- Strong attention to detail
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Reliable and able to work overnight shift
