Great Temp to Hire Career job in Niles for Production Machine Operator with a Minimum 2 years of food environment experience required.
2nd Shift. Mon - Thurs 4:00pm - 2:30am
$21/hr to start
The Machine Operator is responsible for safely operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment across Pre-Whip, Liquid, and Palletizer operations to ensure consistent product quality, efficiency, and food safety compliance. This role supports production by performing equipment setup, changeovers, process adjustments, quality checks, and basic troubleshooting in alignment with TPM & GMP, manufacturing standards.

High School degree or GED Required. Heavy Lifting to 55lbs. Must be able to work in hot, cold, humid, and high-noise environments, with appropriate PPE.
