Level 1 IT Help Desk – Spring Grove, IL
A growing company in the Spring Grove, IL area is seeking a Level 1 IT Help Desk Technician to provide front-line technical support and exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and a collaborative mindset looking to grow in a dynamic IT environment.

Position Type: Full-time
Hours: 2:00pm - 10pm
Compensation: 21.50-25.00 Based on experience
Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot client-side software and hardware issues while maintaining a high level of customer service

Enter and manage user incidents in the help desk ticketing system

Provide consistent follow-up and reassurance to customers regarding issue resolution

Assist with setup, installation, and support of PC client software under supervision

Support IT measures and initiatives as directed

Apply strong logical and analytical thinking to resolve problems, even under pressure

Maintain a “customer first” mindset and deliver service with professionalism and empathy

Collaborate effectively with team members and individuals across departments

Communicate clearly and comfortably with users at all levels, both verbally and in writing
