Katie is our Inside Operations Manager at Express Employment Professionals. She joined the team in January 2022 and has been an integral part of our success ever since. Katie loves working for Express because she thrives on challenges and embraces new opportunities for growth.

A true people person, she finds joy in helping others succeed and building strong connections. Before joining Express, Katie served as an Activity Director at a nursing home, where her passion for people and leadership truly shined.

Macy is a dedicated professional who values both her work and her time outside the office. When she’s not working, Macy enjoys spending quality time with her son and indulging in her love for sports.

She’s an avid fan of college football and the NFL, and never misses an opportunity to cheer on her favorite team while enjoying a slice of pizza. Macy is also a passionate supporter of the NBA’s Chicago Bulls.

Outside of work, he enjoys games, hockey, and cheering on his favorite football team—Bear down! A dog lover and sports enthusiast, Chris values teamwork both on and off the field.

Lynette White

Senior Front Office Corrdinator

Lynette White joined the Express team in March 2024 and keeps our busy office running smoothly as Senior Front Office Coordinator! She’s passionate about making associates feel welcome and supported every day. Before Express, Lynette spent years in horticulture—so she knows her way around plants and power tools!

Fun Fact: Lynette is amazing with a chainsaw and isn’t afraid to tackle big jobs in the garden! When she’s not at work, you’ll find her relaxing with a good book, spending time with her husband, or watching their dogs play in the yard. Together, they love gardening and turning fresh veggies into delicious dishes.

Front Officer Coordinator

Celeste joined Express in December 2025 and quickly became the friendly face that greets everyone as our Front Office Coordinator. She brings a warm, welcoming energy to the office and makes sure every visitor, client, and team member feels right at home.

When she’s off the clock, Celeste loves curling up with a good book and her cats by her side.

Becca Pearson

AP/AR Payroll Corrdinator

Becca joined Express in April 2017 and serves as our Payroll Coordinator and Accounts Receivable Specialist. Her keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills keep operations running smoothly.

Becca believes a day without laughter is a day wasted, and she brings that positive outlook to everything she does. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Tinker Belle and Pepper Oni, reading and making memories with family and friends.
