Job Full Description
Our client located in Mchenry, IL is looking for Maintenance Technician.
In this position, you will maintain and repair all facility items and support equipment, manufacturing and auxiliary equipment where required and is responsible for product safety and quality of goods produced following safety policies, keeping facility and equipment in good working condition, reporting malfunctions, and keeping working areas clean and organized.
Pay: $22-28/hr
Hours: M-F | 8:00am - 4:30pm
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Works in a timely fashion
- Troubleshoots and repairs equipment
- Excellent communicator
- Access computer records related to preventative maintenance
- Maintains clean working environment
- Identifies areas for continuous improvement
- Understands and follows safety requirements
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- maintenance experience on production equipment
- Previous experience with Injection molding, mechanical systems, pneumatics, and HVAC a plus
- Must provide own tools and toolbox
- Must be able to run all general shop equipment related to the job
- Must be willing to be certified on a forklift and aerial lift
- Must be willing to continue any education / schooling / training as needed for the position.
