Our client located in McHenry is looking for a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join their team!
In this role, you’ll coordinate HVAC technicians, schedule jobs, and ensure smooth communication between customers, vendors, and field staff. If you have strong organizational skills and office experience, this may be the job for you!
Pay: $20.00 - $29.00/hr (with a 30-day review)
Hours: Monday – Friday | 7:30am – 4:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for maintenance, repairs, and startups
- Update work orders and service records using dispatch software (Service Titan)
- Order job materials and verify technician hours
- Invoice completed jobs and provide weekly status updates
- Follow up on after-hours calls and resolve customer issues promptly
Qualifications:
- HVAC dispatching experience preferred; 5+ years office experience considered
- Basic HVAC/plumbing knowledge a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office and dispatch/CRM software
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
