Our client located in McHenry, IL, is looking for a Quality Inspector to join their team!
In this position, you will perform visual and dimensional inspections of molded components using gauges and microscopes, support quality assurance efforts, and help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Schedule: D Shift – 6:45PM–7:00AM, Wednesday–Friday and alternating Saturdays
Pay: $20.50/hr

In this position, you will:
- Perform inspections using gauges and microscopes to verify part dimensions, color, and appearance
- Conduct periodic scanning of molded components to identify defects
- Complete required documentation accurately and timely
- Identify and isolate nonconforming products
- Support housekeeping to maintain clean and organized work areas
- Assemble and distribute boxes
- Move boxes using a hand truck
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift/move up to 40 lbs
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills
- Good color discrimination
- Willingness to learn and follow quality procedures
