NOW HIRING: WELDER
Location: Cary, IL – Onsite
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
Job Description:
The Welder will perform intermediate-level welding work in a manufacturing environment, supporting structural components and piping. This role involves working with multiple materials, reading blueprints, completing inspections, and ensuring compliance with welding and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform production, structural, and basic repair welding, including piping and fabrication
- Set up and adjust welding equipment independently
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and weld symbols
- Conduct in-process inspections and correct minor weld defects
- Follow welding codes, OSHA safety standards, and quality procedures
Requirements:
- Formal welding training with 2–5 years of hands-on experience
- Multiple AWS certifications; qualified for structural and pipe welding
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding across multiple positions
- Experience welding stainless steel and aluminum
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
