Key Responsibilities
- Manage HVAC projects from kickoff through closeout
- Coordinate manpower, materials, vendors, and subcontractors
- Prepare submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
- Track budgets, billings, and cost-to-complete reports
- Ensure job site safety and regulatory compliance
- Communicate with customers, engineers, and internal teams
- Oversee equipment installation, startup, and owner training
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of HVAC or construction project management experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and construction processes
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and contracts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Bluebeam preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license
