Express Employment Professionals is hiring a CNC Operator for a wood working company in the Crystal Lake area. This is a hands-on production role supporting cabinet and woodworking operations through CNC routing, material handling, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC routing equipment to produce cabinet components
- Load and unload sheet goods and solid materials
- Run CNC programs using a computer interface
- Label and organize finished parts accurately
- Perform routine machine inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Communicate issues related to materials, programs, or equipment
- Follow all shop safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Woodworking experience required
- CNC Operator experience preferred
- Ability to read shop drawings or cut lists
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
- High school diploma or GED required
