Account Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between field crews, customers, internal departments, and the public
• Gather daily crew locations and distribute accurate reports to customers
• Respond promptly to high-volume emails and phone calls from internal and external contacts
• Collect, sort, track, and enter production data and invoices for final billing
• Review invoices, as-built documents, and field photos to identify quality control issues such as under- or over-billing
• Communicate with field crews and internal teams to correct errors and obtain required information
• Prepare, format, and upload customer data and spreadsheets into internal databases
• Update job status records across company and customer systems
• Issue and assign work to field crews, track production progress, and ensure timely completion
• Monitor locate tickets and identify alerts requiring revised instructions
• Communicate ETAs, job status updates, and field issues to customers
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when appropriate
• Collaborate effectively with supervisors, peers, and management in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of inside sales, customer service or related field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Organized, detail-oriented, and sales-driven
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual skills are a plus
