Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (1st Shift)

Summary
Our client in Cary, IL is looking for Sorters to join their 1st shift team. In this entry-level role, you will inspect small precision parts to ensure quality standards are met. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys working in a clean, organized environment. No prior inspection experience is required — training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Inspect small parts carefully using a microscope and basic measuring tools
- Look for defects or issues by comparing parts to instructions or blueprints
- Label, sort, and move inspected parts to the correct area
- Share sample parts with a supervisor for approval when needed
- Communicate questions or concerns to the supervisor or team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to handle small parts using hands and fingers
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods while inspecting parts
- Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching during the shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to read instructions, write notes, and do basic counting
- Basic computer skills (data entry and keyboard use)
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback
- Reliable attendance and positive work attitude
