Job Title: Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator
City and State: Cary, IL
Pay Rate: $19.50/hour
Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–11:00pm (2nd Shift)
Employment Type: Full-Time (Long-Term Opportunity)
Summary:
Our client in Cary, IL is seeking an experienced Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator to join their 2nd shift team. This is a long-term opportunity with strong potential for hire-on based on performance and attendance. The ideal candidate will have prior reach truck experience and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and prepare orders from warehouse inventory
- Operate a stand-up reach truck to move materials safely and efficiently
- Transport items to staging areas for truck loading
- Locate and retrieve pallets from shelves and floor locations
- Use scan guns to track and fulfill orders accurately
- Maintain warehouse organization and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience operating a stand-up reach truck
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
