Job Title: Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift

Pay Rate: $27.00/hour
Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday, 12:20 AM–8:30 AM (3rd Shift)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Summary:
Our client in Cary, IL is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their 3rd shift team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations. Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Support production by responding to equipment downtime and repair needs
- Complete maintenance work orders and documentation accurately
- Assist with equipment installations and upgrades
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate equipment issues and repair status to production and leadership teams
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read basic schematics or manuals
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
