Pay Rate: $17.00 - $17.51/hour
Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Summary:
Support production operations by preparing, assembling, and testing components and assemblies. This role ensures finished products meet quality standards and function properly while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and organize materials, tools, and components using work orders and technical drawings
- Assemble parts following diagrams and instructions to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Inspect and test completed assemblies, including live power testing, to confirm performance and safety
- Operate equipment to prepare materials, ensuring proper setup and calibration
- Document inspection results and follow quality and safety standards, including ISO-based procedures
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to perform basic math, including fractions and decimals
- Experience using measuring tools and interpreting blueprints or work instructions
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices in a production environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team
