City and State: Crystal Lake, IL
Pay Rate: $17.50
Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–3:30PM -Days with OT

Summary:
Seeking a reliable Machine Operator to support manufacturing operations by setting up and operating various machines to produce high-quality forklift components. This role focuses on safety, precision, and efficiency in a clean, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate punch press, metal forming, bending, punching, and drilling machinery
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production
- Maintain quality standards while producing parts of varying shapes and sizes
- Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify specifications
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications:
- Experience operating manufacturing machinery preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good attendance and positive work attitude
- Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines
