Job Title: CMM Operator
City and State: Crystal Lake, IL
Pay Rate: $22.00–$24.00/hour (2nd shift has a 15% shift differential)
Schedule/Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Summary:
As a CMM Operator, you will join the Quality Department and play a critical role in ensuring precision and consistency in high-quality thermal solutions. This position focuses on inspection, measurement, and collaboration with manufacturing teams to maintain strict quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform precision inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
- Interpret blueprints and GD&T to verify part accuracy
- Utilize precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, thread gages, and gage pins
- Analyze inspection data and collaborate with CNC and manufacturing teams
- Identify and communicate quality concerns while supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading
- Experience using measurement equipment (micrometers, calipers, thread gages, gage pins)
- Comfortable with basic math and computer systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality, accurate results
