Job Title: Machinist I - Thread Roller

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $22.00/hour

Summary:
Join a manufacturing team where you will support production by setting up and operating various machines to create precision components. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with basic machining knowledge who is eager to develop technical skills and grow within a hands-on environment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC and manual equipment to produce parts that meet specifications
- Inspect finished products using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance and identify basic machine issues
- Complete production documentation accurately and maintain organized work areas
- Follow safety guidelines while supporting efficient and consistent production
Qualifications:
- Basic familiarity with machining concepts and CNC operations
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand measurements, including GD&T
- Experience using inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliability
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs while performing physical tasks
