Job Title: Production Associate
City and State: Union, IL
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Production Associate to support operations at a client facility. This role involves a mix of warehouse, distribution, and production tasks including material handling, preparing parts for processing, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload inbound materials; move items to storage areas or designated shelves
- Sand, prep, and prepare parts before painting and production processes
- Accurately prepare and wrap outgoing orders on pallets for shipment
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report damaged or defective items
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow step-by-step instructions and meet productivity goals
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order preparation
- Experience using forklift, overhead crane, or pallet jack preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment (dusty, darker setting)
- Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
