Job Title: Project Coordinator
City and State: Woodstock, IL
Pay Rate: $55,000 – $63,000/year
Schedule/Shift: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Evaluation to Hire
Summary:
Support daily operations across marketing, business development, and construction project coordination. This role assists with bid preparation, document control, and project administration while contributing to marketing initiatives and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Support marketing campaigns, social media, advertising, and lead generation while maintaining customer and prospect databases
- Coordinate bid and estimating activities, including preparing proposals and tracking bid deadlines
- Organize and maintain project documentation including drawings, specifications, and contract files
- Assist project managers with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project tracking logs
- Develop presentations, status reports, and promotional and project closeout materials
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in construction administration, marketing, estimating support, or project coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with Bluebeam Revu preferred
- Experience with Procore and SharePoint is preferred
- Blueprint ready is a PLUS*
- Strong written and verbal communication with excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, track data, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
