Job Title: Testing Associate
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule/Shift: 1st Shift – 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Summary:
Seeking a Testing Associate to support manufacturing operations by assembling pump components and performing computer-based testing. This role is ideal for individuals with production assembly experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts onto pumps according to production guidelines.
- Use computer systems to test pump functionality and performance.
- Follow on-screen instructions and system prompts accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Meet daily production goals while standing for the duration of the shift.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate programs and follow system instructions.
- 6–12 months of production assembly experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand for the full shift.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
