Job Title: Quality Supervisor / CMM Programmer

Pay Rate: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule/Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor or Quality Technician with CMM programming expertise to support quality assurance activities in a precision manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience programming CMM equipment, performing dimensional inspections, interpreting GD&T requirements, and ensuring products meet customer and engineering specifications. Experience with a specific CMM software platform is not required.
Responsibilities:
- Program, test, and maintain CMM inspection programs for machined components and assemblies.
- Perform First Article, in-process, and final inspections using CMMs and precision measurement equipment.
- Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T specifications to verify part conformance.
- Analyze inspection data, document nonconformances, and collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Support calibration activities, quality system compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in quality inspection, quality supervision, or CMM programming within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to program CMM equipment; experience with any major CMM software platform is acceptable.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, and dimensional inspection methods.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, height gages, and related metrology tools.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree in a technical or engineering-related field preferred.
