Job Title: Manufacturing X-Ray Technician

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00/hour (2nd Shift receives a 15% shift differential)

Summary:
The CNC X-Ray Technician is responsible for operating X-ray imaging equipment to inspect castings and components for quality and specification compliance. This role supports manufacturing operations by identifying defects, maintaining inspection records, managing material flow, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Perform X-ray inspections and visual audits of castings, analyzing images to identify internal defects and non-conformances.
- Document inspection results, upload X-ray images for customer review, and complete Certificates of Conformance and related quality documentation.
- Identify, tag, and process non-conforming materials using established MRB procedures while ensuring proper material disposition.
- Coordinate material flow through the X-ray process, monitor inventory accuracy, and enter production data into the GP inventory system.
- Troubleshoot and maintain X-ray equipment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and procedure updates.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Proficiency using quality measurement tools, inspection instruments, and technical inspection procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to lift up to 33 lbs. and authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
