Job Title: 3rd Shift CNC Production Supervisor
Pay Rate: $32.00-$38.00/hour (+ Overtime) + 15% Shift Differential
Schedule/Shift: 3rd Shift

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced 3rd Shift CNC Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive CNC mill and lathe experience, and the ability to drive efficiency, material flow, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting production goals.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise 3rd shift production operations, ensuring efficient workflow, material movement between departments, and controlled work-in-process inventory.
- Create and maintain daily production reports, cycle count reports, transaction reports, and open manufacturing order reports while ensuring data accuracy.
- Reconcile ERP and manufacturing system transactions, inventory quantities, and material locations to support operational effectiveness.
- Support purchasing and production teams through material reviews, replenishment planning, production schedule updates, and inventory control processes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Kanban, safety stock strategies, and other process improvement methodologies to increase efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Operations or a related field preferred.
- Previous manufacturing experience in a discrete manufacturing environment with strong CNC mill and lathe operation experience.
- Preferred CNC programming knowledge with strong process adherence, problem-solving, and data analysis capabilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills with the ability to drive results and implement change.
- Proficiency with ERP and MES systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory management systems; experience with Great Plains ERP and Dynamics 365 is a plus. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
