Job Title: Production Supervisor - Assembly

Pay Rate: $32.00 - $38.00/hour + 15% Shift Differential
Schedule/Shift: 3rd Shift

Summary:
The 3rd Shift Assembly Production Supervisor is responsible for leading assembly operations during overnight production hours while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and delivery goals are achieved. This position oversees production activities, supports material flow throughout manufacturing, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to maximize operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate 3rd shift assembly operations to achieve production schedules, quality standards, and safety objectives.
- Monitor material flow and maintain controlled work-in-process (WIP) to ensure seamless movement of materials between manufacturing departments.
- Review and maintain production reports, cycle count reports, manufacturing order status reports, and inventory transactions for accuracy.
- Partner with purchasing, planning, and production teams to ensure material availability, support replenishment activities, and resolve production issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process enhancements, inventory control practices, and data-driven decision making.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience in a discrete manufacturing environment required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a focus on process adherence and data accuracy.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems, MES platforms, Microsoft Office, and manufacturing reporting tools; Dynamics 365 experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team development skills with the ability to drive accountability and implement improvements.
