Job Title: Janitor
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Summary:
A manufacturing facility in Cary, IL is seeking a Janitor to support the maintenance department. This is a first-shift, temp-to-hire opportunity with an established employer that offers growth opportunities and promotes from within.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain restrooms throughout the facility.
- Sweep and mop floors in production and common areas.
- Clean parking lots and break rooms and empty trash receptacles.
- Operate a floor-cleaning machine to maintain shop floors.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a clean, safe environment.
