Summary:
Seeking a dependable and hardworking Shop Help employee to support daily shop operations. This role involves moving and stacking materials, maintaining a clean work environment, and assisting with general shop duties as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn new skills in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Move and stack materials safely throughout the shop as directed.
- Transport, organize, and stage materials for production needs.
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including sweeping work areas.
- Assist with various shop tasks and support daily operations.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical work throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to perform cleaning and general shop duties as needed.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment.
