Pay Rate: $20.50/hour
Schedule/Shift: D Shift – 6:45 PM–7:00 AM, Wednesday–Friday and alternating Saturdays

Summary:
Our client located in McHenry, IL is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join their manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines, inspect molded components, and support production goals while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines to ensure efficient production and quality output
- Perform visual inspections of molded parts and identify defects such as flash, short shots, or discoloration
- Remove finished products, trim excess material, and package parts according to specifications
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs
- Basic computer skills and ability to complete production documentation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues
- Ability to work overnight shifts in a manufacturing environment
