Job Title: Assembler/Switch Builder - Onsite
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Schedule/Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Employment Type: Eval to Hire
Summary
Join a team-oriented manufacturing environment assembling and testing switches. This role is ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude who enjoy hands-on work, learning new skills, and building a long-term career.
Responsibilities
- Gather components and subassemblies needed for production.
- Assemble switches according to specifications and quality standards.
- Test mechanical performance and functionality of completed products.
- Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn assembly processes.
- Previous assembly experience preferred.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
