Job Title: Bakery Production Operator - A Shift
Pay Rate: $21.50/hour
Schedule/Shift: Sunday-Tuesday and every other Wednesday 5am-5pm
Employment Type: Evaluation Hire (Temp-to-Hire)
Summary:
Join a growing food manufacturing team producing fresh pet treats for retailers worldwide. This role is responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and cleaning production equipment while ensuring safe and efficient production processes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform pre-operation checks and startup procedures on production equipment.
- Operate, maintain, clean, and inspect assigned machinery.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues.
- Assist with equipment maintenance, repairs, and changeovers.
- Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications:
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm, and pride in workmanship.
