Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Associate

Summary:
Support warehouse and receiving operations by inspecting incoming shipments, verifying inventory accuracy, organizing stock, inventory control and shipping. This position plays a key role in ensuring materials are received, documented, and stored accurately for production and operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify trucking information, purchase orders, packing slips, and bills of lading.
- Check received parts against prints, specifications, or existing parts and issue receiving reports to the purchasing department.
- Box, label, shelve, and rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
- Assist with unloading trucks using pallet trucks, dollies, and basic material handling equipment.
- Support quarterly inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory locations.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to receiving accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and willingness to learn.
- Experience using basic hand tools, pallet trucks, or material handling equipment preferred.
- Ability to accurately process, organize, and store inventory.
