Job Title: Manufacturing - Latex Department 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $19.50/hour
Schedule/Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Employment Type: Evaluation Hire (Temp-to-Hire)
Summary:
Seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to support paint production operations in a manufacturing environment. This position involves mixing and blending materials, following production orders, unloading raw materials, and operating material handling equipment. Candidates must be comfortable lifting regularly and working in a production setting.
Responsibilities:
- Mix and blend materials according to production orders and batch instructions.
- Follow detailed work instructions to manufacture paint batches accurately.
- Unload incoming trucks containing raw materials.
- Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, lifts, and pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain attention to quality, safety, and production standards throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Ability to frequently and regularly lift 50 pounds.
- Previous experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment preferred.
- Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn new processes.
