Job Title: Sorter
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Summary:
Support quality assurance and production operations by inspecting precision components, identifying non-conforming parts, and ensuring products meet required specifications before moving through the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect products using microscopes, gauges, and other quality assurance tools.
- Identify and verify non-conforming parts according to specifications and quality standards.
- Label, contain, document, and route production lots accurately.
- Communicate quality concerns and job status updates with supervisors and production teams.
- Provide support to inspection and secondary departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects accurately.
- Ability to use microscopes, hand tools, and quality inspection equipment.
- Fine manual dexterity and corrected visual acuity for close inspection work.
- Ability to frequently bend, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Dependable, organized, and able to communicate effectively with team members.
