Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join a local company in Princeton, IN. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and safety are key.
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm or Monday-Friday 2:00am- 10:00am
Responsibilities:
- Pull and prepare orders for shipment according to pick lists or order sheets
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Stock shelves and maintain organized warehouse inventory
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Ensure warehouse and work areas remain clean and hazard-free
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiency
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis and up to 75 lbs throughout the shift
- Perform frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, and stooping
- Work in a variety of warehouse environments as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow instructions accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
